1.Working Principle
Built-in negative temperature coefficient NTC thermistor:
Temperature rises → resistance decreases; Temperature drops → resistance rises.
The main control board converts resistance signals into temperature values to automatically switch heating tubes on/off and stabilize baking temperature.

B-value: 3990K, 4100K, 4200K
Temperature accuracy: ±1℃ ~ ±2℃

4. Core Functions
Constant baking temperature control
Maintain accurate set temperature for cakes, bread, meat baking to avoid undercooking or burnt food.

Adapt to fermentation, roasting, air frying, steaming multiple working temperature ranges.
Overheat safety cut-off protection
When cavity temperature exceeds safe limit, automatically cut off heating power to prevent fire risk.

Oven cannot reach set temperature or overheats severely
Temperature display value is obviously inaccurate
