2. Core Function
Instantly capture hydraulic pressure when driver steps on brake pedal, feed real-time pressure data to ABS/ESP ECU.
Support anti-lock braking, electronic stability control and automatic emergency braking (AEB) logic judgment to adjust wheel braking force dynamically.
Monitor dual-circuit brake pressure difference; trigger dashboard brake fault warning once single circuit pressure loss or pipeline leakage occurs.
All-metal oil-free micro-fused structure avoids medium leakage risk, maintains stable measurement under frequent brake impact and high temperature.
Built-in reverse polarity, short-circuit and EMC anti-interference protection, self-diagnosis function detects circuit failure and abnormal pressure, stores DTC fault codes.
3. Working Principle
It applies glass micro-fused silicon piezoresistive sensing principle:
Brake fluid hydraulic pressure directly acts on the solid stainless steel diaphragm and creates tiny elastic deformation.
Silicon strain gauges permanently fused on diaphragm produce linear resistance changes proportional to brake pressure.
Internal Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak voltage signals.
ASIC signal processing chip completes temperature compensation, amplification and filtering, then outputs stable electrical signals to vehicle brake control unit.
