2. Core Function
Continuously monitor dynamic pressure of hydraulic, pneumatic and fluid pipelines under high vibration, high temperature and pressure shock environments.
Provide high-stability pressure feedback for closed-loop automatic control of pumps, proportional valves and compressors to stabilize system working pressure.
Realize reliable overpressure & underpressure safety interlock; trigger alarm or equipment shutdown to prevent pipeline rupture and mechanical failure.
All-metal integral structure without internal rubber seals avoids medium leakage and contamination risk, suitable for high-temperature steam and viscous oil media.
Built-in reverse polarity, short-circuit and EMC surge protection; self-diagnosis module detects circuit faults and signal drift, uploads fault codes to industrial control systems.
3. Working Principle
The core relies on mature glass micro-fused silicon piezoresistive technology:
Medium pressure acts directly on the solid stainless steel isolation diaphragm and generates tiny elastic deformation.
Silicon strain gauges are permanently fused onto the diaphragm via high-temperature glass sintering, producing linear resistance changes proportional to applied pressure.
Integrated Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into weak analog voltage signals.
Internal ASIC circuits complete temperature compensation, amplification and filtering, then output unified standard analog or digital signals to industrial control equipment.
