2. Core Function
Real-time continuous pressure monitoring of fluid and gas in industrial production pipelines and mechanical equipment.

3. Working Principle
Most industrial pressure sensors adopt piezoresistive sensing technology:
Measured medium pressure acts on stainless steel isolation diaphragm and causes slight elastic deformation.
Built-in strain resistors produce linear resistance changes corresponding to actual pressure value.
Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak analog voltage signals.
Internal amplification, filtering, temperature compensation and conversion circuits output unified standard analog or digital signals for industrial control equipment.
