2. Core Function
Continuously monitor refrigerant pressure of high and low pressure circuits while the air conditioner is running.
Over-high pressure protection: Automatically shut down the compressor to prevent pipeline crack and compressor burnout.
Over-low pressure protection: Cut off compressor operation to avoid dry burning due to refrigerant leakage.
Deliver pressure data to the controller to adjust fan speed, compressor frequency and electronic expansion valve opening for stable cooling output.
Built-in self-diagnosis module identifies open circuits, short circuits and abnormal pressure values, sends out fault alarm signals and stores fault codes.
3. Working Principle
This sensor adopts mature piezoresistive sensing technology:
Refrigerant pressure pushes the corrosion-resistant metal sensitive diaphragm and creates tiny elastic deformation.
Integrated strain resistors on the diaphragm generate linear resistance changes corresponding to pressure values.
The Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuations into standard analog voltage signals.
Internal signal conditioning and temperature compensation circuits eliminate environmental interference and output stable signals to the equipment controller.
