2. Core Function
Real-time monitor refrigerant pressure in high and low pressure loops during unit operation.
High-pressure protection: Cut off the compressor to prevent pipeline rupture and compressor burnout under excessive pressure.
Low-pressure protection: Stop compressor operation to avoid dry burning caused by refrigerant leakage.
Feed pressure signals to controller to adjust fan speed, compressor frequency and opening of electronic expansion valve for stable cooling effect.
Built-in self-diagnosis function detects circuit open circuit, short circuit and abnormal pressure, outputs fault alarm signals and stores fault codes.
3. Working Principle
The sensor adopts mature piezoresistive sensing technology:
Refrigerant pressure acts on anti-corrosion metal sensitive diaphragm and generates tiny elastic deformation.
Integrated strain resistors on the diaphragm produce linear resistance changes corresponding to pressure values.
Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into stable analog voltage signals.
Internal signal conditioning and temperature compensation circuits eliminate environmental interference and output reliable signals to the unit controller.
