Core Function Real-time monitor ATF hydraulic pressure during gear shifting and feed accurate pressure data to TCU continuously. TCU adjusts shift solenoid valve output pressure based on sensor signals to realize smooth, jerk-free gear upshift and downshift. Maintain stable line pressure under different driving loads such as acceleration, climbing and high-speed cruising to protect clutch and friction plates. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects oil pressure abnormality, circuit open/short circuit and oil leakage, triggers gearbox fault warning light and stores DTC fault codes. Support adaptive learning of transmission system, optimize shift logic to extend the service life of transmission components. 3. Working Principle The sensor adopts high-stability piezoresistive measurement principle: Transmission oil pressure acts on the corrosion-resistant metal sensitive diaphragm and produces tiny elastic deformation. Integrated strain resistors on the diaphragm generate resistance changes proportional to oil pressure. Wheatstone bridge circuit converts resistance changes into analog voltage signals. Internal signal amplification, filtering and ADC processing eliminate oil temperature interference, output stable analog or digital signals to TCU. 4.
