Core Function Real-time track ATF hydraulic pressure during shifting and send continuous accurate pressure data to TCU. The TCU adjusts the output pressure of shift solenoid valves based on sensor signals to achieve smooth upshifts and downshifts without jitter. Maintain stable main oil pressure under various driving conditions including acceleration, climbing and high-speed cruising to protect clutches and friction plates. Built-in self-diagnosis function identifies abnormal oil pressure, open/short circuits and oil leakage, activates gearbox fault indicator lights and stores DTC fault codes. Assist the transmission system in adaptive learning and optimize shift logic to extend the service life of internal transmission components. 3. Working Principle This sensor applies high-stability piezoresistive sensing technology: Automatic transmission fluid pressure presses the corrosion-resistant metal sensitive diaphragm to produce tiny elastic deformation. Strain resistors integrated on the diaphragm generate resistance changes linearly proportional to oil pressure. A Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variations into analog voltage signals. Internal signal amplification, filtering and ADC modules eliminate interference caused by oil temperature, output stable analog or digital signals to the TCU. 4.
