2. Core Function
Collect real-time pressure and temperature data of fluid medium at the same measuring point with one single sensor, saving installation space and pipeline ports.
Provide dual reference signals for ECU, TCU, A/C controller and refrigeration unit to realize accurate system logic judgment.
Implement multi-dimensional abnormal protection: trigger alarm or equipment shutdown under ultra-high pressure, ultra-low pressure, over-temperature and low-temperature faults.
Built-in self-diagnosis function identifies open circuit, short circuit and sensor drift faults, and stores corresponding DTC fault codes.
Support temperature compensation for pressure measurement to greatly improve overall measurement precision under drastic temperature changes.
3. Working Principle
This integrated sensor combines piezoresistive pressure detection and NTC temperature measurement technology:
Fluid pressure acts on metal sensitive diaphragm, and strain resistors on the diaphragm generate resistance changes proportional to pressure.
The built-in NTC thermistor contacts the measured medium to capture real-time temperature through resistance-temperature characteristic variation.
Wheatstone bridge converts pressure resistance changes into analog signals; temperature resistance signals are collected by independent sampling circuits.
Internal signal conditioning, temperature compensation and ADC chips process two groups of signals simultaneously, output stable analog or digital dual-channel signals to the controller.
