2. Core Function
Collect real-time pressure and temperature signals through a single sensor, reducing pipeline ports and installation cost.
Supply dual reference data to ECU, TCU, A/C controller and refrigeration control unit for accurate logical judgment.
Realize multi-condition protection: alarm or cut off equipment under overpressure, underpressure, over-temperature and ultra-low temperature.
Built-in self-diagnosis module detects open circuit, short circuit and signal drift, and stores corresponding DTC fault codes.
Provide temperature compensation for pressure measurement to improve overall precision under drastic temperature fluctuation.
3. Working Principle
This integrated sensor combines piezoresistive pressure detection and NTC thermistor temperature measurement technology:
Fluid pressure acts on the metal sensitive diaphragm, and built-in strain resistors generate resistance changes linearly proportional to pressure.
The built-in NTC thermistor directly contacts the measured medium and captures medium temperature via its unique temperature-resistance characteristic.
Wheatstone bridge converts pressure resistance changes into analog signals; independent sampling circuit acquires temperature resistance signals separately.
Internal signal conditioning, temperature compensation and ADC chips process two groups of signals synchronously and output stable analog or digital dual-channel signals to the controller.
