Core Function Capture brake fluid pressure instantly when stepping on brake pedal and feed accurate pressure data to vehicle ECU. Working Principle Most models adopt piezoresistive sensing technology: Brake hydraulic pressure deforms the stainless steel or silicon sensitive diaphragm slightly. Embedded strain resistors generate resistance changes proportional to applied pressure. Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into standard 0–5V analog voltage signals. Internal signal conditioning and ADC chips filter interference and output stable analog or I2C digital signals to ECU. Air brake sensors for commercial vehicles use capacitive principle: diaphragm movement changes electrode clearance to generate pressure signals. 4.
