2. Core Function
Real-time continuous pressure detection in harsh working conditions with high temperature, strong vibration and pressure impact.
Provide stable pressure feedback signal for closed-loop control of hydraulic pumps, proportional valves and air compressors to maintain system constant pressure.
Support overpressure and underpressure safety protection, trigger alarm or equipment stop to avoid pipeline burst and mechanical damage.
Oil-free and gasket-free internal structure eliminates leakage risk, suitable for high-temperature steam, high-viscosity oil and clean medium measurement.
Built-in EMC anti-interference, reverse connection and short-circuit protection, with self-diagnosis function to upload fault signals to PLC and industrial control system.
3. Working Principle
The core adopts glass micro-fused silicon piezoresistive principle:
The pressure of measured medium directly acts on the integrated stainless steel diaphragm to produce tiny elastic deformation.
Silicon strain gauges fused on the diaphragm generate linear resistance changes corresponding to pressure.
The Wheatstone bridge converts resistance changes into weak analog voltage signals.
The internal ASIC chip completes temperature compensation, signal amplification and filtering, and outputs standard analog or digital signals to control equipment.
