It sends analog or digital signals to ECU to realize closed-loop control of engines and exhaust aftertreatment systems. Working Principle Two pressure ports are connected to the high-pressure and low-pressure sides of measured components through silicone hoses. The internal silicon piezoresistive diaphragm deforms under differential pressure, which changes the resistance of the built-in Wheatstone bridge. The integrated ASIC chip amplifies weak signals and completes wide-range temperature compensation. It outputs standard 0.5–4.5V analog signals or SENT digital signals to the vehicle ECU.
