Automotive MEMS differential pressure sensor for vehicle DPF, GPF and EGR exhaust pipelines, tracking front and rear pressure difference and feeding signals to ECU.
2.Working Principle
Internal MEMS diaphragm deforms under pressure difference to change bridge resistance. Built-in ASIC completes temperature compensation and signal conversion for ECU analysis.
