Auto dedicated MEMS pressure sensor installed on carbon canister system. It monitors internal vapor pressure of fuel tank and carbon tank, transmits pressure signals to ECU to control desorption valve work.
2.Working Principle
MEMS silicon diaphragm deforms under fuel vapor pressure, Wheatstone bridge resistance changes. Built-in ASIC does temperature compensation and signal conversion for ECU to judge vapor pressure state.
