1.Product Introduction
Dedicated MEMS pressure sensor for handheld, cordless and vertical vacuum cleaners. Detect internal negative pressure and air flow of the vacuum barrel, send signals to control board for suction adjustment and blockage alarm.
2.Working Principle
Air pressure difference acts on internal MEMS silicon diaphragm, leading to Wheatstone bridge resistance change. Built-in circuit processes and converts pressure data into standard voltage signals for mainboard to judge dust clogging status.
