1.Product Introduction
High-precision mV output pressure sensor built with piezoresistive MEMS chip, no built-in ASIC amplification circuit. Directly outputs millivolt differential signal proportional to pressure, matched with external acquisition module and industrial control equipment.
2.Working Principle
Pressure acts on silicon diaphragm, Wheatstone bridge resistance changes correspondingly. Under fixed excitation voltage, the bridge outputs linear mV differential signal varying with pressure for external circuit collection and calculation.
