2. Core Function
Collect instantaneous brake fluid pressure when the brake pedal is depressed and transmit real-time pressure data to ABS/ESP ECU.
Provide pressure reference for anti-lock braking, electronic stability program and AEB automatic emergency braking to dynamically adjust wheel braking force.
Detect pressure deviation of dual brake circuits; activate instrument brake fault warning if pipeline leakage or single-circuit pressure loss happens.
Adopt oil-free and gasket-free micro-fused all-metal structure to eliminate medium leakage risks, keeping stable measurement under frequent brake impact and high working temperature.
Equipped with reverse connection, short-circuit and EMC anti-interference protection; built-in self-diagnosis module identifies circuit faults and abnormal pressure, and stores corresponding DTC fault codes.
3. Working Principle
This sensor adopts glass micro-fused silicon piezoresistive sensing technology:
Hydraulic pressure of brake fluid directly acts on the solid stainless steel diaphragm and produces tiny elastic deformation.
Silicon strain gauges permanently fused on the diaphragm generate linear resistance changes proportional to brake pressure.
The built-in Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuations into weak voltage signals.
The internal ASIC chip realizes temperature compensation, signal amplification and filtering, and outputs stable electrical signals to the vehicle brake control unit.
