1. Key Technical Specifications Detecting medium: Automobile exhaust gas Resistance (23℃) : 9±1Ω Rated voltage (PWM) : 14±1V High voltage signal (350℃) : 800±55mV Low voltage signal (350℃) : 80±30mV Ignition time (350℃) : < 12S Response time (350℃) 600mV→300mV: < 250ms Response time (350℃) 300mV→600mV: < 100ms Internal resistance (350℃) : < 500Ω 2. Core Function Detect real-time oxygen content in exhaust gas and transmit signals to engine control unit. Automatically adjust fuel injection volume to maintain optimal air-fuel ratio and improve fuel economy. Reduce carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide exhaust emissions to meet vehicle emission standards. Monitor abnormal engine combustion state, feed fault signals to ECU and trigger engine fault indicator lamp. Adapt to high-temperature exhaust environment and long-term bumpy driving conditions with stable signal output. 3. Working Principle Two mainstream types: switch-type zirconia oxygen sensor and wideband titania oxygen sensor: Exhaust gas penetrates the protective cover and contacts the sensitive ceramic chip inside the sensor. Internal heating element heats the ceramic chip to reach working temperature. The difference of oxygen partial pressure between exhaust gas and outside air generates corresponding voltage signals. The signal changes sharply with air-fuel ratio; ECU adjusts fuel injection parameters according to signal fluctuation. 4. Application Scope Vehicle Types Gasoline passenger cars, SUVs, MPVs, light commercial gasoline vehicles Matching Components Three-way catalytic converters, engine ECU, exhaust manifold, exhaust pipes Application Scenarios Engine closed-loop fuel injection control, vehicle exhaust emission monitoring, engine abnormal combustion diagnosis, new vehicle emission compliance matching
