Working Principle The sensor adopts zirconia ceramic oxygen ion conduction and limiting current principle: The built-in heater heats the zirconia chip to the working temperature to form an oxygen ion conductive state. Oxygen enters the electrode surface through the micro-diffusion hole and forms a saturated limiting current. The current value presents a stable linear relationship with oxygen concentration.
