2.Core Function
Real-time detect bidirectional tension and compression force during stretching, pressing and traction movements, and transmit accurate force signals to main control unit.
Provide force threshold reference for tensile testing, automatic winding, servo press and linear actuation equipment to realize bidirectional closed-loop force control.
Identify abnormal overload tension or compression, feed back alarm signals to PLC and trigger equipment overload protection shutdown.
Straight cylindrical structure easy to connect with linear sliding tables, cylinders and traction fixtures, suitable for linear transmission testing stations.
Low cross interference and small zero drift, maintain stable measurement under long-term reciprocating pull-push operation.
3.Working Principle
This sensor adopts foil strain gauge piezoresistive pull-push detection technology:
Linear tension or compression load acts axially on the elastic body and produces tiny reversible elastic deformation.
Strain gauges attached to the elastic body generate resistance changes linearly proportional to pull or push force.
Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak analog voltage signals.
External signal conditioning circuit carries out temperature compensation, amplification and filtering to output standard force signals for system acquisition and calculation.
