2.Core Function
Real-time collect three-dimensional contact force data of X, Y and Z axes during robot contact, assembly and polishing operations.
Provide multi-dimensional force reference for robotic force feedback control, precision press-fit and surface grinding compensation.
Detect abnormal unbalanced overload on any single axis, feed back alarm signals to PLC and trigger equipment safety stop.
Integrated independent triaxial measurement design with low cross-axis interference, ensuring accurate separate force acquisition of each direction.
Compact flat structure occupies small space, applicable to narrow mounting positions of robot end effectors and micro automation fixtures.
3.Working Principle
This sensor uses multi-channel foil strain gauge piezoresistive detection technology:
External multi-directional force loads act on the integrated elastic body and produce tiny elastic deformation in X, Y, Z directions respectively.
Independent strain gauge groups arranged for each axis generate resistance changes linearly corresponding to the force of respective direction.
Three sets of full Wheatstone bridges convert resistance variations of each axis into separate weak voltage signals.
External signal conditioning circuit completes temperature compensation, amplification and filtering for each channel to output independent standard triaxial force signals for system acquisition and analysis.
