2.Core Function
Collect real-time torque signals during micro motor running, miniature transmission torsion and torsion durability tests, and transmit accurate data to main control unit.

3.Working Principle
This transducer adopts foil strain gauge piezoresistive torsion measurement technology:
Rotational torque twists the alloy elastic body and generates tiny reversible torsional deformation.
Strain gauges attached to elastic body produce resistance changes proportional linearly to torque value.
Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into weak analog voltage signals.
External signal conditioning circuit implements temperature compensation, amplification and filtering, and outputs standard torque signals for system acquisition and analysis.
