2.Core Function
Real-time collect torque signals during motor operation, transmission torsion and torsion testing, and deliver precise data to main control unit.

3.Working Principle
This sensor uses foil strain gauge piezoresistive torsion measurement technology:
Rotational torque acts on the alloy elastic body and generates tiny reversible torsional deformation.
Strain gauges attached to elastic body produce resistance changes linearly proportional to torque magnitude.
Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into weak analog voltage signals.
External signal conditioning circuit realizes temperature compensation, amplification and filtering, and outputs standard torque signals for system acquisition and analysis.
