Provide torque parameter support for motor performance testing, gearbox efficiency detection and rotating equipment closed-loop control. Monitor abnormal overload torque, feed back fault signals to PLC and trigger equipment overload protection stop. Compact integrated flange structure simplifies assembly, suitable for miniature drive test benches. Low zero drift and strong anti-interference capacity, stable long-time measurement under continuous rotation operation. 3.Working Principle This sensor adopts foil strain gauge piezoresistive torsion detection technology: Rotational torque loads twist the alloy elastic body to generate tiny reversible torsional deformation. Strain gauges pasted on the elastic body produce resistance changes linearly proportional to torque value. Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into weak analog voltage signals.
