2.Core Function
Capture real-time compression force in pressing, contact and assembly procedures and transmit precise force signals to the main control unit.
Supply force threshold reference for servo presses and automated assembly equipment to realize closed-loop force control.
Detect abnormal overload impact, send alarm signals to PLC and activate equipment overload protection shutdown.
Ultra-thin miniature structure occupies minimal space, fits narrow installation positions of small automated stations.
Low temperature drift and slight lateral force interference, maintaining stable measurement under long-term continuous operation.
3.Working Principle
This sensor utilizes foil strain gauge piezoresistive measurement technology:
Vertical compression load acts on the elastic body and creates tiny reversible elastic deformation.
Strain gauges attached to the elastic body produce resistance changes linearly corresponding to compression force.
Integrated full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak analog voltage signals.
External signal conditioning circuit carries out temperature compensation, amplification and filtering to output standard force signals for system acquisition and calculation.
