2. Core Function
Real-time collect compression force during equipment extrusion, pressing and contact movement and transmit accurate force signals to main control unit.
Provide force threshold judgment for automatic pressing, testing and assembly equipment to realize force closed-loop control.
Detect abnormal overload force, feed fault signals back to PLC and trigger equipment overforce protection stop.
Mini flat disc structure saves installation space, suitable for narrow assembly stations of automation equipment.
Low temperature drift and small crosstalk, maintain stable measurement under long-time continuous operation.
3.Working Principle
This sensor applies foil strain gauge piezoresistive measuring technology:
External compression force acts vertically on the elastic body to produce tiny reversible elastic deformation.
Strain gauges tightly attached to the elastic body generate resistance changes linearly proportional to compression load.
Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance variation into weak analog voltage signals.
Peripheral signal processing circuit completes temperature compensation, amplification and filtering to output standard force signals for system collection and calculation.
