Provide torque benchmark data for motor calibration, reducer efficiency inspection and rotary equipment closed-loop control. Detect abnormal overload torque, send alarm signals to PLC and trigger automatic overload protection shutdown of equipment. Low temperature drift and strong anti-interference performance, stable measurement under long-term continuous rotation. 3.Working Principle This sensor adopts foil strain gauge piezoresistive torsion detection technology: Rotational torque twists the alloy elastic body and creates tiny reversible torsional deformation. Strain gauges bonded on the elastic body produce resistance changes linearly corresponding to torque magnitude. Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak analog voltage signals.
