Feed force data back to the control unit to automatically lift or lower the cutting deck to adapt to uneven lawn terrain. Identify hard obstacles such as stones and tree roots via sudden force changes to trigger machine deceleration and protection. Prevent cutter wear and chassis bump damage caused by pits and raised ground. Sealed waterproof structure adapts to outdoor humid, muddy and grass chip working environment. 3.Working Principle This sensor adopts foil strain gauge piezoresistive compression measurement technology: The gravity of the cutting deck and ground extrusion act vertically on the sensor elastic body to produce tiny elastic deformation. Strain gauges attached to the elastic body generate resistance changes linearly proportional to contact gravity force. Built-in full Wheatstone bridge converts resistance fluctuation into weak analog voltage signals.
