2.Core Function
Real-time collect braking force signal generated when driver steps on brake pedal and feed data to EMB electronic control unit.
Provide force reference for EMB electronic booster, regenerative braking and AEB automatic emergency braking to output accurate braking torque.
Identify abnormal braking force deviation, upload fault signals to ECU and trigger vehicle brake system fault warning.
Integrated compact structure, suitable for space-limited EMB pedal assembly layout.
Built-in EMC anti-interference and reverse connection protection, with internal self-diagnosis function to store DTC fault codes.
3.Working Principle
This sensor uses foil strain gauge piezoresistive detection technology:
Driver braking force directly acts on the elastic sensitive body of the sensor to produce tiny elastic deformation.
Strain gauges attached to the elastic body produce linear resistance changes proportional to braking force.
Internal Wheatstone bridge converts resistance changes into weak voltage signals.
Built-in ASIC chip completes temperature compensation, signal amplification and filtering, and outputs standard electrical signals to EMB controller.
